The professional Maeva diving center offers you above all to discover scuba diving by doing an initiation in the wonderful world of the Corsican underwater world.

Departing from the beach or the boat, the initiation is your first experience underwater. You will be alone with a professional instructor, who will take care of you and explain the progress of your dive.

In the water, he will be your guide and all his attention will be focused on you. The instructor is an experienced and state-certified diver, he will make you discover in complete safety the underwater fauna and flora, very present on the adapted and protected sites.

Starting to dive is child's play, so initiation is possible for children from 8 years old. You will not exceed the legal depth of 6 meters for adults, all without a mandatory medical certificate, but with a health questionnaire for the practice of underwater activities to be completed on site at the center or directly here.

EXPLORATION DIVES
The splendor of the Corsican Mediterranean

Explorations are generally done on the southern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio.

With more than 2000 meters of depth between the Sanguinaires Islands and Capo di Muro, the Gulf of Ajaccio is exceptionally rich. Steep drop-offs, canyons, granite labyrinths… the southern shore of the gulf will allow you to discover its real underwater mountains, populated with groupers, barracudas, dentex, sea bream, amberjacks, but also if you are lucky John Dory, sunfish and even dolphins.

Visibility is generally 20 to 30 m, but can also be breathtaking on certain days… up to 50 m… we offer you more than 25 varied sites.
