Randonnée facile 3 heures aller/retour sur un sentier bien marqué par des cairns, peut se faire en famille. De l’auberge située à 250m du Col, versant Solenzara, suivre le balisage constitué de traits rouges. Un panneau indique la direction du Tafonu di U Compuleddu. Passer à droite de la petite chapelle, puis monter par un sentier caillouteux, jusqu’au plateau herbeux situé au milieu de la Forêt. Continuer à monter à flanc pour atteindre le point culminant de la dorsale, marcher à plat pour redescendre dans la large cuvette de la Bocca di u Vélacu. On franchit un modeste ruisseau qui n’est autre que la Sulinzara. Continuer à suivre la sente balisée par les traits rouges. Après avoir contourné une arête rocheuse on aperçoit le trou dans la paroi rocheuse. Descendre très légèrement pour buter contre la paroi du Tafonu di u Compuleddu. L’accès au trou est possible (15mn aller retour). Il s’agit d’un orifice d’environ 8m de diamètre. Aller jusqu’au bord du trou pour admirer sur son flanc le spectaculaire ravin d’Aracali.

An easy 3hr-walk (round trip) along a clear, cairn-marked path which is suitable for families. From the inn situated 250m from the pass on the Solenzara side, follow the path which is marked with red dashes. A signpost indicates the way to the Tafonu di U Compuleddu. Pass a small chapel on the right, then climb up a stony path as far as the grassy plateau situated in the middle of the forest. Continue to climb along the hillside to reach the highest point of the ridge, then walk on the flat for a while before heading down into the wide basin of the Bocca di u Vélacu. Cross a small stream, the Sulinzara. Continue to follow the path marked with red dashes. After coming around a rocky ridge, you'll see a hole in the rockface. Head down carefully to reach the Tafonu di u Compuleddu. It's possible to walk as far as the hole (15min there and back), which is approximately 8m in diameter. Go up to the edge of the hole to admire the spectacular Aracali ravine to one side
Un?escursione facile che si può effettuare con la propria famiglia, 3 ore tra andata/ritorno su un sentiero ben segnalato da accumuli di pietre (cairn),. Dall? ?auberge? a 250 m sul Colle, seguire la segnalazione in rosso, verso Solenzara. Un cartello indica la direzione del Tafonu di U Compuleddu. Passare a destra della piccola cappella, poi salire per un sentiero ciottoloso, fino al pianoro erboso nel mezzo della Foresta. Continuare a salire sul fianco per raggiungere il punto culminante della cima, proseguire e ridiscendere nel vasto bacino della Bocca di u Vélacu. Si supera un modesto ruscello che altro non è che il Sulinzara. Continuare a seguire la pista segnalata in rosso. Dopo avere aggirato uno sperono roccioso, si vede un passaggio nella parete rocciosa. Scendere leggermente e stare addossati alla parete del Tafonu di u Compuleddu. E? possibile entrare nella grotta (15mn andata/ ritorno). Si tratta di un passaggio di circa 8 m di diametro. Andare fino al ciglio del passaggio per ammirare sul suo fianco lo spettacolare burrone di Aracali.
