La Scala di Santa Regina closes deep gorges containing countless wild animals. This name of Scala, comes from its size in the form of a staircase in the walls that enclose the Golo, the main river of the island of beauty. suspended from the mountain winding between valleys and walls interspersed with torrents and waterfalls, this fabulous path was the only access route to the valley between 1820 and 1870 when the forest road was built which vehicles currently use. a superb ballad which will lead you in this superb parade to the village of corscia.
