Presentation
The marina of Sant'Ambrogio lies in the heart of the Balagne region, once known as the "garden of Corsica". With its many creeks, two large fine sandy beaches (L'Arniella and Sainte Restitude), and clear waters, this small sheltered port is popular with yachtsmen. An ideal base from which to enjoy the delights of the seaside and the beauty of the mountains, this village boasts one of the most stunning views in the Balagne. Built in pink granite, the superb 11C Romanesque chapel dedicated to St Peter and St Paul is a listed historic monument located 1km from the village.
