Presentation
A small and picturesque hamlet, Venzolasca was built in the mountains, far from the threat of invasion. It stretches out across a sort of natural amphitheatre that descends towards the sea. A traditional village, Venzolasca is also a fearsome citadel. Its belvedere, posted at the peak of a cliff, is set out along a large road, which is long and straight, with high stone houses topped with shale rooves all along its length.
