The Tour de Corse à la Voile is a 250-mile non-stop regatta from Bonifacio to Bonifacio, organized by the Yacht Club de Bonifacio, under the aegis of the French Sailing Federation and the Corsican Sailing League.
For its 29th edition, the Tour de Corse à la Voile non-stop and without assistance, the same 250-mile course, but above all, the same sporting spirit and the same camaraderie typical of sailors.
Once again this year, while the vast majority of boats will be flying the French flag, there will also be loyal sailors from Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg...
An incredible cross-section, demonstrating the enthusiasm of sailors from all over Europe for this event, which is closer to an ocean race than a traditional bay regatta. Anonymous sailors, but also more famous names who have already taken up the challenge: Florence Arthaud, Kito de Pavant, Alain Gabbay, Sébastien Josse, Bertrand Debroc, Philippe Poupon, Alberto Spina, Franck Cammas, Catherine Chabaud, Thierry Peponnet, Dominique Wavre and Lionel Péan (record holder, 25h 57' 05').
The Tour de Corse 2024 will start on Thursday, October 10, with a 12pm departure from Bonifacio marina. The finish will take place on Sunday, October 13 at 12 p.m., with the prize-giving ceremony and prize list unveiled at 1 p.m. on the same day.
