Preparation:
Mix in a bowl 2 flours and baking powder.
Whip 4 eggs in omelet, incorporate the sugar, the oil and the milk.
Pour the whole into the bowl containing flours then mix and mold.
Add hazelnuts and crushed walnuts.
Butter your pan and pour in the batter.
Bake in hot oven (th6) for about 30 minutes.
After cooking, allow to cool and turn out onto a plate.
