The Flex option makes your ticket modifiable and refundable. And it's always available, on all routes! A carefree trip starts with a flexible fare.
FLEX tickets are cancelable (partial or total cancellation) and refundable on the basis of the total ticket price, excluding taxes:
90% of the total ticket price refunded up to one month before departure,
80% of total ticket price refunded from one month to 7 days before departure,
50% of total ticket price refunded from 7 days to 48 hours before departure,
From 48 hours before departure or after departure, the ticket is no longer refundable.
